Blue Lotus Senior Living is currently looking for new investment opportunities in US southeast and the Florida market where we can bring the Blue Lotus Mission to life. Our preference is to start with a portfolio in the Tampa area, Gulf Coast or South Florida.
We are opportunistic buyers of IL, AL and Memory Care; we have both experience and success in significant operational turnarounds involving product/service pivots and/or major renovations to existing buildings. We will acquire buildings, originally built in the 1980’s and above. We operate what we acquire. We will consider unique exits, for qualified existing investors/owners if they wish to remain in the investment during part or all of the turn around.
